Spirits + Sushi Night at Fusion Fire with Sara
SaraBozich.com put together a night of sushi and spirits at one of our local favorite sushi restaurants. Who doesn't love sushi and spirits, especially organic spirits!? My friend and I RSVP'd early to this sold out event and we were not disappointed! Thanks to Sara Bozich, Fusion Fire Asian Restaurant, and Keystone State Wine & Spirits for having this awesome event. I can't wait for the next one!

Our first pairing - Mango Salad with Prevu (an organic French sparkling liqueur).
The salad was crisp, light, and refreshing! Perfect complement to dry tasting French sparkling liqueur.
Second pairing - choice of sushi roll with Hibiscus Margarita. The margaritas were very tasty, but kind of strong!
(Made with IXA Silver tequila, FRUITLAB hibiscus liqueur, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar and BAR KEEP Swedish bitters.)

Our choice of entree (Spicy Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp, Chicken and Beef, Vietnamese Beef, or Mango Shrimp) and Jasmine Lemonade. This was our favorite liquor drink of the night!
